純質薰衣草精油15mL

薰衣草的芳香故事幾個世紀以來，薰衣草因其多種功效和美妙清新、花香、平靜的香氣而受到人們的喜愛。古埃及人認為薰衣草是愛和美的象徵。羅馬人將這種植物命名為薰衣草，是因為它被使用在沐浴儀式中（「lava 」是洗滌的意思）。在亞洲，薰衣草被用來幫助緩解身心緊張。
如今，薰衣草仍因其放鬆和美肌的功效而受到重視。早晚在乳霜中加入幾滴，可幫助改善肌膚問題。或者像羅馬人一樣，加入洗澡水泡澡消除壓力，或是將幾滴薰衣草加在枕頭上、稀釋塗抹在太陽穴和腳底，為晚上的安穩睡眠做好準備。

如使用於身體，需注意事項：
敏弱膚質請以基底油稀釋後，再使用於肌膚上。如果你懷孕或哺乳中或正在接受醫生診療，請向你的醫生諮詢。避免接觸眼睛、內耳或其他肌膚敏感部位。

使用建議：

「沐浴時光」
在溫水浴中加入此配方：
7滴 薰衣草精油
7滴 薄荷精油
4滴 寧靜安定複方精油
15毫升 甜杏仁基底油
240公克 浴鹽

「健康肌膚和秀髮」
在5元硬幣大小量的乳液、洗髮精或潤髮乳中加入2滴薰衣草精油，來促進肌膚和秀髮健康。

「旅遊舒適配方」
在一個10毫升的滾珠瓶中，加入：
2滴 薰衣草精油
2滴 薄荷精油
2滴 生薑精油
在滾珠瓶剩餘的空間中加入甜杏仁基底油。
