  薄荷中富含薄荷醇！這種成分能啟動我們皮膚和粘膜組織中的冷敏感受體，是我們使用薄荷精油時獲得涼爽感覺的主要來源。薄荷的好處可以追溯到中國和日本的民間醫學實踐。在金字塔內的墓穴中也發現了乾薄荷葉！

如使用於身體，需注意事項：
敏弱膚質請以基底油稀釋後，再使用於肌膚上。如果你懷孕或哺乳中或正在接受醫生診療，請向你的醫生諮詢。避免接觸眼睛、內耳或其他肌膚敏感部位。

使用建議：

「夏日涼爽噴霧」
在一個約60毫升的精油噴霧瓶中，加入：

1湯匙蘆薈汁
5滴薄荷精油
5滴薰衣草精油
加水後搖勻再使用噴霧

「室內擴香」
將本配方擴香，讓室內空氣煥然一新的氣氛。
2滴薄荷精油
2滴佛手柑精油
2滴檸檬精油

「戶外複方」
將這複方置於精油噴霧瓶內 (以少量酒精稀釋後並加水) 或
以擴香方法幫助避免郊野地方的不速之客。
